For a landlord, a good tenant matters more than an extra 30 euros a month. That is why we check every tenant before they come to a viewing: where they work, why they are moving and who they will live with.
The contract clearly states who repairs what, how utilities are paid and the condition in which the home is handed over. At move-in, we prepare a handover report with photographs, signed by both parties.
We often work with families moving to Brașov for work, including from other countries, and can also show them the home by video.
