Most delays at the notary come down to paperwork: a missing land registration, an expired certificate or an internal alteration that is not shown in the cadastral records. We check everything before the preliminary sale agreement.
We obtain the energy performance certificate, the tax clearance certificate and the certificate from the homeowners’ association. The notary receives the complete file a few days before signing.
