The rules for using the website and what the property information means.
Property information
Prices, floor areas and other listing details come from owners and the documents we have seen. We check them carefully, but changes may occur between website updates. Availability and the final price are confirmed with the agent responsible for the property.
Prices are shown in euros. For rentals, the price is the monthly rent. Images of developments under construction are renderings showing how the buildings will look when completed.
Agency fees
The agency fee and other terms of our work together are set only in the agency agreement signed by both parties. The information on the service pages is for guidance.
Copyright
The text, photographs and graphics on the website belong to the agency or their creators and may not be copied without written permission.
Handling complaints
If you have a complaint, write to us at mihaialex_barascu@yahoo.com, and we will reply within 15 working days at the latest. You may also use ANPC’s alternative dispute resolution procedure through the SAL platform.
Applicable law
Use of this website is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, if that is not possible, by the competent courts in Brașov.
