A small agency, established in 2014, for people looking for a home to stay in.

Alcov means a recess in a wall where you keep the things you love. That is what we wanted the agency to be too: a small, welcoming place where you look after a few things and look after them properly.

Irina Vlădescu opened the agency in 2014 after ten years in mortgage lending at a bank. From the other side of the desk, she had seen how often a sale gets held up by paperwork, hasty promises or prices based on guesswork.

Today there are five of us. We work mainly with families: people selling their first home to buy a larger one, people moving to Brașov for work and owners looking for quiet tenants. We know the city neighbourhood by neighbourhood, from the sloping streets of Schei to the new apartment buildings in Coresi and the houses in Sânpetru.

We work in Schei and the Old Town, in Tractorul, Coresi, Astra, Noua and Stupini, and outside the city in Sânpetru, Cristian and Poiana Brașov.
