What information you give us when you write, why we use it and what rights you have.
Who we are
Alcov Imobiliare is an estate agency in Brașov, with an office on Bulevardul 15 Noiembrie. For any questions about your data, write to us at mihaialex_barascu@yahoo.com or call 0755 349 228.
What data we collect
- From the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, message and the address of the page from which you contacted us.
- When you call or write to us directly: the information you choose to share.
- When we work together on a transaction: the data required by the contracts, the notary and anti-money laundering legislation.
We do not ask for data we do not use, and we do not create user accounts.
Why we use it
- to reply to you and send the offers you requested, before any potential contract;
- to enter into and fulfil the agency agreement;
- to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- to protect the form from automated messages, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Form protection
The form can be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the message is sent by a person, not a script. Turnstile loads only when you start filling in the form, does not show ads or track you across websites, and Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection under its own privacy policy.
The messages you send through the form reach our own form receiver, which runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. From there they reach only the agency’s inbox.
How long we keep it
We delete messages that do not lead to us working together within 12 months at the latest. We keep transaction documents for as long as required by accounting, tax and anti-money laundering legislation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent anyone’s data. It is seen only by the service providers who help us operate (Cloudflare, for website hosting and for receiving messages from the form) and, only as part of a transaction you have asked us to handle, the notary, bank or valuer involved.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion or restriction, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. Write to us at mihaialex_barascu@yahoo.com, and we will reply within one month at the latest.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal at dataprotection.ro.
